Instructions
For filling:
Make the filling as per your choice. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger and onions .Cook onions until translucent.
Add boiled potatoes, peas along with turmeric powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder once onions are cooked .Let it cool.
For assembling samosa:
Take the pastry sheets from the freezer and separate them out.
Brush oil on pastry sheets.Place a spoonful of filling on each patti and fold it to make triangles. Follow the steps(as shown in the steps)
Repeat the process for all the sheets, place them aside in a tray and brush oil again on the samosa.
Air frying:
Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 185C/365F. Place all the samosa in the air fryer basket after brushing oil on it.(if not done above)
Cook for 18-20 minutes @185C/365F . Flip over and brush oil once during the cook.
Serve them hot along with your favorite dipping sauce like
mint chutney
or
date chutney.

the pack has 25 sheets, I used only few of them(8) and considered 2 samosa per serving. They are not that big.
