- Cut the banana into small pieces. Wash the baby spinach leaves and add them to the blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Blend for 2-3 minutes till you get a smoothie.
- Garnish it with blueberries.
Variation
You may make a non vegan smoothie by using milk. Although milk is a great source of calcium, it does make iron absorption difficult when consumed together.
You may use frozen berries if fresh are not available.
Substitution
You may choose to add oat milk or any nut milk as a substitute to coconut water. Use kale if spinach is not available.
