Foodcation-Jaisalmer is our memory of the smell, sound,taste and also the feel of Rajasthan. It pays a small tribute to the history of this ancient town.

Jaisalmer is also called the Golden city.The fort sparkles in a golden hue when the sun sets on the horizon.There are many temples and houses which are very much in use even now.Hence,it is called the living fort.The architecture in and around the fort is spell binding.All the houses or havelis of the older generations are made with the use of minimal water and with locking technique.

We love that traditional recipes are so well preserved by the locals. Food is simple yet flavorful.
