Foodcation- Kutch diary is our quest to find a new weekend break. We love to travel in search of great places to eat food. Hence we visit the vibrant western edge of India.
Bhuj,Lakhpat,Mandvi and Rann make it vibrant edge of Gujarat.It is beautiful and serene yet rugged.
Kutch is famous for its Rann or salty desert.Rann of Kutch.It definitely comes alive on a full moon night.It is a sight you will never forget.We salute the BSF for guarding this beauty.It is not an easy terrain.
Food and handicrafts is an added bonus.Creative handicrafts bring out the creative vibes of Gujarati entrepreneurs.
You should not miss trying new food items whenever possible.Food is perfect combination of sweet and sour.Street food is tasty fresh and very flavorful.
Do visit Kutch because it is one memory you will always cherish.
Finally, when you are off to a vacation,with food on your mind,it is not just a vacation.. It is a foodcation.
