Ingredients
- 1.5 cup makhaane/lotus seeds/fox nuts
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup mixed dry fruits almonds and walnuts
- 750 ml milk reduce it to 500 ml
- 5-6 strands of saffron soaked in 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter
Instructions
- In a pan dry roast lotus seeds or makhane.
- Once they turn pink,add dry fruits to them.Mix well.
- Add ghee and stir well.
- Stir in milk,sugar,cardamom & saffron.
- Serve hot/cold.
