Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes diced and soaked in water for 10 mins.
- 2 medium peppers / green capsicum chopped
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt as per taste
Instructions
- Soak potato cubes in water. Drain the water once you are ready to cook.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 190 C| 375 F . Air fry the potatoes for 12-13 mins after drizzling 1 tbsp. oil on it.
- In a bowl, add oil along with paprika and curry powder. Add salt to make a paste. Mix once with a spatula to make a curry paste.
- Now, add chopped green peppers and semi cooked potatoes to the curry paste. Mix well.
- Air fry for 10-11 minutes for 190 C| 375 F.
- Serve hot with naan or bread.

7. Air fry for 10-11 minutes for 190 C| 375 F. Serve warm
