Brussels sprouts (look out for that extra 's', yes its Brussels sprouts and not Brussel sprout) look like mini cabbages. Cute little veggies which need less cooking. Air fryer Brussel sprouts are an easy side with soup. They are also cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflowers, kale and broccoli. They have a sweet nutty flavor and lower sodium than broccoli. Also, very rich in vitamin B,C and K. Hence helps you reduce inflammation.
I love trying new veggies in season. It helps your creative juices flow. You also get to try new dishes and help my bub acquire new tastes. We should always eat local. Eating regional produce helps you get nutrients too. Keep things interesting in food so that kids do not get bored. Your bub may not eat it the first time. However, the curiosity pips and they will definitely eat it a little next time. Have patience, after all we all take time to adjust to new things and environment. Kids too work on the same logic. They learn from us, as we learn from them too.

I will give Brussels Sprouts ONE MORE chance. I have never liked them but I kept trying to then gave up. But...I'll give the Air Fryer a go and see.
By the way....the Title and the Addy has Brussels Sprouts misspelled....left the "S" off !! LOL

Thanks Lee. Do try it with air fryer.
Also, we have left off the extra 's' by choice in the title, the reason for that being as the general public (me included) would search for Brussel sprouts instead of Brussels sprouts 🙂
