Air fryer broccoli is easy and hassle-free. It is perfect as a side. I love to pair it with roasted mushrooms too. You can have it as an easy side with some pumpkin lentil curry or curried lentil soup too. Somedays I pair it with my dal tadka & veg fried rice. On other days, it is in my son's tiffin.

To be frank, broccoli is not my favorite veggie. In fact, I am more like the mum in eat your peas song of coco melon. My son coaxes me to eat it just like I gently prod him to eat remaining vegetables. He loves the green florets so it is a regular in my house now. You can also make a yummy vegan broccoli soup with those florets. Love makes us do weird things, even eat broccoli 🙂
