- boiled and grated potatoes
- salt,dried mint leaves
- ginger
- garam masala powder, red chilli powder / green chillies , cumin powder

Instructions
Blanch broccoli for 10 minutes in hot water, drain well.
Combine tofu,broccoli,dried mint leaves, ginger and optional spice powders (garam masala powder, red chilli powder / green chillies and salt) in a food processor.
Add boiled potatoes. Portion out the mixture equally. Shape them into thick cutlets.

- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C | 355°F for 5 mins.Place the cutlets in the basket and cook for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
