- Olive oil
- Cheese

Instructions
- Slice the zucchini in halves, length-wise.
- Scoop the flesh with a spoon so that there is space to add the salad. Brush it with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180 deg C| 350 deg F for 10 mins and place the zucchini boats in a single layer without overlap.
- Air fry the zucchini boats for 6-7 mins at 180 C| 350 F.
- Add the bean salad to the boats. You may optionally add grated cheese on it. Air fry them for 3-4 mins at 180 C| 350 F if adding cheese
- Serve them immediately or warm.
