Ingredients for breaded zucchini
- Oil, salt, spice (as per your choice)
- Plain flour
- Panko bread crumbs
- plain flour in water (kept aside for 10 minutes)
- Zucchini sticks
Instructions
- Roll zucchini sticks in plain flour.
- Dip the zucchini sticks in plain flour+water mix
- Optionally, place the zucchini stick on a wire rack to allow the excess liquid drop off.
- Add the spice and oil to the breadcrumbs and mix it evenly.
- Place the zucchini sticks on the breadcrumb mix
- Place the breaded zucchini sticks with the help of tongs, in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- In a preheated air fryer (190C/375F for 10 mins) , cook these at 190C/375F for 10 mins
- Spray oil, cook further for 2 minutes (total cook time of 12-13 minutes).
- Serve crispy air fried zucchini slices hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
Storage
- Store it in air tight box. Air fry whenever you wish to eat.

- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
