How to make avocado toast?
- Heat a cast iron pan and place loaves of sourdough bread on it.
2. Drizzle some olive oilon each slice of bread and toast it on both sides.
3. In a bowl, scoop out pulp of 2 medium avocadoes.
4. Mash it with a fork or back of a spoon to make a smooth guacamole. Add squeeze of lemon juice, and a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt and pepper.
5. Spread the guacamole on the toasted bread generously.
6. Garnish with various toppings like chopped tomatoes and sprinkle favorite seasoning like fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, salt,and pepper on it as per your taste.
