- Ground black pepper

How to make a simple Greek salad ?
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
- In a bowl, add all the dressing ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
- Add dressing to the bowl just before you serve.
Substitution
This is a very simple gluten free dish and it is a vegan Greek salads recipe, if you can skip the feta cheese in it or add vegan cheese to it. You may alternatively add any vegan cheese if you like.
Variations
You can use basil or parsley in the dressing if you do not have mint at home.
Storage
Salads are always best fresh. However you can store it for 3-4 hours in refrigerator. You may also store the ingredients separately if you want to have it the next day. Mix the dressing just before you serve.

- ½ cup Pitted olives halved
- 1 green cucumber cubed
- 1 small onion diced
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes halved/2 tomatoes chopped seeds removed

We prefer eating it fresh, however you may keep this in an air tight container in the fridge for a day, avoid adding salt first, this will help the vegetables remain more crunchy.
