Why does my potato patties breaks while frying ?
The reason that potato patties breaks or falls apart can be due to multiple reasons
1.The quality of potatoes - starchy potatoes are best for this recipe as they are low in water and high in starch

3.Do not add too much of bread to the recipe, else it will break too.
