Raw banana cutlets
Ingredients
- 3 raw bananas
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp dried mango powder/amchur
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 piece ginger chopped
- Rock salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In food processor process all ingredient, pulse for a 30 seconds until it forms a mixture.
- Make small cutlets out of the mix.
- Heat oil on flat iron pan.
- Add cutlets to it & cook on low/medium flame until light brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney
