- steamed raw bananas
- boiled potatoes
- dried mango powder/amchur
- green chili chopped
- ginger chopped
- Rock salt as per taste

Instructions
In food processor process all ingredient, pulse for a 30 seconds until it forms a mixture.
Make small cutlets out of the mix.
Heat oil on flat iron pan. Add cutlets to it & cook on low/medium flame until light brown on both sides.
Serve hot with mint chutney and date chutney.
Substitution and variations
You can also make these South Indian banana potato cutlet in an air fryer or an oven too. If you are not fasting, you may add red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder and gram flour as a variation.
