    • 2 cups soya nuggets/meal maker, soaked in hot water for 15-20 minutes
    • 1 cup mashed potatoes (works as a great binding agent)

    • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

    1. Soak the soya nuggets in hot water (about 3-4 cups of water) for 15-20 minutes until soft. Squeeze out any excess water.
    2. Grind the softened soya chunks with dried mint, green chillies, ginger, salt, and garam masala into a coarse mixture.

    3. Mix this with mashed potatoes .Shape the mixture into tikkis (or soya chunks cutlet patties).

    5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
