    1. Soak the soya nuggets in hot water (about 3–4 cups of water) for 15–20 minutes until soft. Squeeze out any excess water.
    2. Grind the softened soya chunks with dried mint, green chillies, ginger, salt, and garam masala into a coarse mixture.

    3. Mix this with mashed potatoes .Shape the mixture into tikkis (or soya chunks cutlet patties).
