How to make pasta curry?
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, freshly grated ginger and garlic to it. Let it cook for few minutes over medium heat.
- Add fresh tomato puree when onion is light brown.
- Add curry powder and red chilli powder.
- If you do not have curry powder, you may use a mix of turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Keep stirring until the spices are mixed well.
- Add the potatoes,pasta and any veggies you like
- Add water to the mix,cover and cook on low flame
- Once the potatoes and pasta are cooked, turn off the heat.
