- Air fryer crisper tray or parchment paper

Ingredients
- 2 cup peas 3 cups of water to boil 2 cups
- 2 tsp. salt or as per taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Add peas to boiling water with salt. Turn off the heat and allow the peas to be in the water for 5-7 minutes.
- Pass the peas through a sieve to remove excess water.
- Add 2 teaspoon oil and mix it.Preheat the air fryer at 180 deg C for 5 mins.
- Place the peas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may do that in batches if you have a smaller basket
- Air fry peas for 23-25 mins at 150 deg C | 300F and mix 2-3 times in between.
- Once done, place them on a paper towel for few minutes.
- Optionally ,Add any more spices/seasonings as you like ,mix well. Store it in air tight container once it cools.
