How to make roasted peanuts in an air fryer?
- Preheat the air fryer at 170 deg C | 340 deg F for 5 mins.
2. Place peanuts in a preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
3. Air fry the raw nuts at 170 C |340 F for 9-10 mins.
4. Once done, these are ready to be enjoyed,alternatively you can add masala or any other seasoning.
5. Add 1 teaspoon oil, this will allow the seasoning to stick on the peanuts.
6. Allow it to cool down, store in a glass jar.
Store in a clean dry airtight container once cool.
How to make baked peanuts in an oven?
- Follow the same steps at above,just cook the raw peanuts in a baking tray for 20-22 minutes at 180C. Oil spray for 2-3 times in between.
Cool them in a dry place.
