Baked cashews is an easy recipe to make if you want to avoid fried version. You can always make them in an air fryer oven. Ingredients
- 1 cup unroasted cashews
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoning any seasoning mix of your choice
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 160 deg C | 320 deg F for 5 mins.
- Place these unroasted cashews in a preheated air fryer basket (preheat at 160C|320F for 5 minutes)
- Air fry cashews at 160 C |320 F for 6-7 mins.
- Once done, these are ready to be enjoyed,alternatively you can add masala or any other seasoning along with 1 teaspoon oil. this will allow the seasoning to stick on the cashewnuts
- Store it in an air tight container once they cool down.
