    South Indian breakfast recipes are a very balanced and light dishes. These dishes can be made in a jiffy. Indian breakfast recipes are easy to cook and full of flavor. They also serve as perfect tiffin recipes for those with little tummies and hurrying mummies. These dishes are eggless and vegan. Yet they have enough protein, iron and calcium. Also, probiotics make them the perfect recipe for achieving good health. Undoubtedly, most healthy Indian breakfast recipes belong to South India.
