- Adzuki beans (soaked in water for 3-4 hours or overnight)
- Onions
- ginger garlic
- Tomato paste
- paprika
- garam masala
- Sweet potatoes
- Oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Instructions
Cooking dried adzuki beans is very similar to chickpeas and kidney beans. You can also use it to make aduki bean stew and adzuki bean bowl
- Soak 1 cup adzuki beans in water for 30 mins. Discard water before you use.
How to cook adzuki beans soup?
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger,garlic and little salt for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add tomato puree and cook for 8-10 mins.
3. Allow it to come together as paste
4. Now, add paprika, salt and soup stock powder. mix well.
4. Add adzuki beans and mix well.
5. Now add water and let it come to a boil. Cover and Cook on medium flame until the beans are completely cooked.(at least 30 minutes)
5. Add sweet potato pieces and cook until they are soft(10 minutes), simmering over medium heat.
6. Adjust salt and pepper as per your taste. Turn off the heat, add lime juice. Serve hot with bread.
