Air fryer kale chips are perfect for any evening. They are light and yet so crisp. Move over pakoras and potato chips, this is my easy go-to snack these days. We all love to snack. Be it in between meetings or school pickups. After all, life is busy and we all love chips. You may be vegan, gluten free or keto enthusiast. This chips is great for all, whatever diet you may follow.
Having healthy baked kale chips is great. Guilt-free snacking goes a long way in maintaining your iron levels. Of course, some people should not over do it especially those with hypothyroidism. Obviously, eating in limits is important whether its kale or pizza.
