Golden brown Indian samosas and jalebi are a match made in heaven. We always end up making many more delicious samosas, than we can eat at once. The more, the merrier but how do you ensure you enjoy crispy samosas even the next day. In the traditional method, cooked samosas are dipped in hot oil, in a deep fryer or a kadai. They are fried one more time. This gives them flaky crust once again and crispy texture just gets better. Also, frying them ensures they are fresh again. More conscious people, generally rehat them in a microwave, instead of deep frying.However, you can have a perfectly reheated samosa by using an air fryer too.
Air fryer has replaced a lot of equipment in my home. I have stopped using my microwave and this is a convenient way to reheat easy appetizer like pizzas, french fries and onion rings. I even use it to toast my bread. Goes well with samosa for breakfast and some dipping sauce , tomato ketchup or coriander chutney, if you are not in a mood to have it as samosa chaat.Other Indian snacks you can make in air fryer - samosa pinwheels, patti samosa, mix veg pakora, onion bhajis, dry kachori, mini samosa and even frozen samosas.

Instructions
Place the leftover samosas on a plate.
Spray them with oil or brush them with 1 teaspoon oil. Preheat the air fryer for 1-2 mins at 180C |355F.
Place the samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry the samosas for 4-5 mins @180 deg C |355 degrees F. Serve hot with coriander mint chutney.
Hint: Always preheat your air fryer and remove any left over bits of earlier cook before using it. If you heat for a lesser time, the filling inside will remain cold. In that case, heat this for 2-3 mins more.

You can use this method to reheat fries, pizzas and even left over spring rolls.
