However I feel sourdough makes a great toast in my ninja foodi due to the thickness of the bread. Ninja foodi toast does give vintage toasters a run for their money.

Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 240 deg C| 460 deg F(This high temperature is available in the grill option). Place the slices of bread in air fryer basket / air fryer tray or grill tray.For best results, place them in a single layer.

Serve your golden toast warm with butter or vegan butter.
You can make this toast with different types of bread. Be it white bread, brioche bread, whole wheat bread or sourdough bread. Vegan: It tastes great with strawberry jam, plum chutney and even spiced mango chutney. You can also serve it with some cinnamon butter or white butter. You can also toast frozen bread in air fryer.
Add some garlic powder to make your own version of garlic bread or add Italian seasoning on top. You can also make some grilled sandwiches by adding some veggies. Air fryer avocado toast is a great option too.
Store it in the fridge in an air tight container. Air fry again for 2-3 minutes. Good for 2-3 days.
Always preheat your air fryer before you cook anything, just like an oven.

- Don't leave food sitting out at room temperature for extended periods.
- Never leave cooking food unattended.
- Use oils with high smoking point to avoid harmful compounds.
- Always have a good ventilation when using a gas stove.
