Trail mix dressing
- golden raisins
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- balsamic vinegar
- dried berries (I have used cranberries)

Trail mix salad recipe
Equipment
- chopping board

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 cup purple cabbage chopped in strips
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomato chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper yellow & red capsicums chopped
Trail mix
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar or as per your taste
- 2 tablespoon golden raisins
- 2 tablespoon dried cranberries or any dried berries
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- Salt and pepper as per taste / optional
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables.
- In a salad bowl, add all ingredients along with dressing and toss them together.
- Optionally season them with salt and pepper. I avoid loading the salad with salt so that I can enjoy the flavor of the veggies
- You may mix all dry ingredients with veggies and add vinegar just before serving.
