- Cut 1 cm thick pumpkin, zucchini, bell pepper, avocado slices. Apply oil on pumpkin, zucchini and bell pepper using a pastry brush. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer at 180 C for 5 mins. Spread the pumpkin slices in the air fryer tray.
- Air fry at 180 deg C | 350 F for 8 mins. Keep it aside
- Similarly, spread the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-6 mins at 180 C | 350 F. Keep it aside.
- Spread the bell pepper slices in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5-6 mins at 180 C | 350 F. Keep it aside.
- Slice the thicker bread /sandwich bread. Toast bread for 3-4 mins @ 200 deg C| 390 F.
- Toss some olive oil in salad leaves. Place the salad leaves between bread slices. Followed by grilled veggies. Season with salt and pepper as per taste. Serve air fryer sandwiches immediately.
