    Air fryer mushroom burgers are perfect with any soup. You can make them in few minutes. Just air-fry the mushroom instead of making a patty. Place it in between buns of you choice. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or omni, you will enjoy this burger immensely. Brioche buns ,if non vegan or sourdough burger buns both taste great. Whether you like to add cheese or eggless mayo, this is one dish you will love to eat repeatedly.

You can also slice them and add it to your vegan spinach pasta , chilli cheese toast and veg pizza.     • Oil
    • Avocado
    • Onions
    • Tomatoes
    • Lettuce
    • salt
    • fresh garlic

    How to make air fry mushroom burger?

    1. Wash and clean the mushrooms with water.

    2. Season with oil and salt on both sides.

    3. Preheat the air fryer for 10 mins at 200 deg C| 390 deg F. Layer the mushrooms in a grill tray.4. Air fry the mushrooms 4-5 mins at 200 deg C | 390 F

    4. Flip the mushrooms, add chopped garlic with little more oil. Air fry the mushrooms for further more 4-5 mins at 200 deg C | 390 F.

    Serve warm once done after adding them to buns.Wash the lettuce and other vegetables. Slice the avocados, onions, tomatoes evenly.

    Arrange the burger as per your choice layering mushrooms, avocado, onion, tomato, lettuce in between the bun slices. You may add cheese and mayo if you like.

    Variations

    • Use any seasoning of your choice like Sriracha, Cajun, Moroccan, Mexican taco or even garam masala. Adjust the heat and spice according to your taste.

    • 1 medium onion sliced
    • 1 medium tomato sliced
    • ½ avocado sliced
    • 2-3 lettuce leaves
    • 2 burger buns

    Instructions

    • Wash and clean the mushrooms with water.
    • Season with oil and salt on both sides.
