- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 2 burger buns
Instructions
- Wash and clean the mushrooms with water.
- Season with oil and salt on both sides.
- Preheat the air fryer for 10 mins at 200 deg C| 390 deg F. Layer the mushrooms in a grill tray. Air fry the mushrooms 4-5 mins at 200 deg C | 390 F
- Flip the mushrooms, add chopped garlic with little more oil. Air fry the mushrooms for further more 4-5 mins at 200 deg C | 390 F.
- Serve warm once done or make a mushroom burger
- Season with salt and pepper. You may add cheese and mayo if you like.
