How to make cannellini beans soup in instant pot?
Set the instant pot to saute'. Heat oil in instant pot & add onion and garlic with little salt. Mix well with a spatula.
Once onions turn translucent, add carrots,celery & salt let it cook for few minutes.
Add white beans to the mix.
Add water & stock powder.Cover the pot with the instant pot lid in the seal position
Turn the instant pot to pressure cook mode ,cook on high for 20 minutes, once the instant pot beeps, turn off the instant pot and allow a natural pressure release and open the instant pot.
