    Air fryer green beans is an easy side. It is ready in few minutes for a quick dinner. All you need is a preheated air fryer. Learn to make this simple dish in simple steps.

    Beans is an easy veggie. Just cut the top and end and cook it. No need to peel too. Easy sides too. It is great for nutrition too. It is high in antioxidants and great for weight loss. Helps keep your heart healthy and aids digestion.

    There is no dearth of green beans recipes too. I have always loved simple aloo beans for lunch. You can add it to your biryani or to your vegan lo mein. Every cuisine has its way of cooking fried beans whether its Indian, Italian or Chinese. You can add it to soup recipes or stir fries and they taste divine!

    • Preheat the air fryer at 190 deg C | 375 F for 5 mins. Meanwhile, wash and remove both the ends of the green beans
    • Toss beans along with salt,garlic and oil in a mixing bowl.

    • Air fry for 6-7 mins at 190 C | 375 deg F.

    Frozen green beans in air fryer

    You can make frozen crispy green beans in air fryer quite easily. I keep a bag of frozen beans in my freezer so that I can air fry frozen green beans at any time.

    To make these air fryer fresh green beans fries,take them out of the freezer,you need not thaw them, these need to be cooked straightway.

    Toss the frozen green beans with oil,garlic(optional) and salt.

    Cook them in the airfryer 190 deg C | 375 F for 8-9 minutes.

    Variations

    Air fryer yellow squash and mushrooms are a great combination too. You can also top it with some garlic oil if you like.

    Substitutions

    If you are vegetarian, you may use butter for cooking beans in air fryer, instead of olive oil. You can also use frozen beans if you do not have fresh ones.

    Storage

    Store the pre cut beans pieces in an air tight bowl in advance,cook fresh in the air fryer.
