- Broccoli
- Pumpkin
- Yellow & green zucchini,
- Onions
- Red & green bell pepper
- Spices
- herbs - rosemary/thyme/bay leaf as per taste

How to make vegetables in an air fryer?
- Chop all veggies in cubes while you preheat the airfryer at 190 deg C/ 375 F for 10 mins.

- Toss pumpkin and broccoli florets or any other hard vegetables in 1 tbsp. oil.

- In preheated air-fryer, air fry broccoli and pumpkin at 190 deg C /375 F for 3-4 mins.

- Toss the remaining veggies with 1 tbsp. oil and add them to the air-fryer basket, Air-fry for 5 mins at 190 C /375 F.

- Mix chopped parsley with salt & pepper.

- Add the seasoning to the veggies,toss to mix the seasoning evenly.

- Then further air-fry at 190 for 3-4 mins. Total cook time 11-13 minutes.

- Serve hot.
