Air fryer beyond burgers are plant based burgers with a rich patty. I find it a vegan counter part of cheese burgers or meat burgers. Keeping readymade patty at home shortens the cook time. It will help you whenever guests or kids come home at short notice. The Beyond Burger is a plant-based burger with core ingredient as pea protein and it resembles a beef patty. It is easily available in Costco and other leading markets.
Air frying is a total gamechanger for snacks. I love making both snacks and mains in it. Whether it is toasting bagels, air fried hasselback potatoes or air fryer red sweet potatoes. Instructions
Slice the buns in halves. Meanwhile, take the frozen patty out of the freezer.
Preheat the air fryer at 180 C | 355F for 5 minutes and place the frozen patty in the air fryer basket.
Air fry patties for 13-15 minutes at 180C | 355F.
Flip the patties once in between during the cook.
Arrange the burger ingredients on a board and serve them as per choice. Optionally, you can also butter the warm bun before you serve.
Layer the burger to make a hearty meal.
Serve hot with vegan mayo, tomato relish or tomato ketchup.
Hint: Always clean your air fryer basket before you cook again. This helps remove any unwanted smell and remains from a prior cook which may spoil your air frying experience.
