- Ramen noodles - choose as per your liking
- cornflour /corn starch
For american chounsuey gravy
- Veggies (yellow onion,carrot,cabbage,red, yellow or green pepper whatever you have at home)
- Sauce mix (chilli sauce,soy sauce)

For crispy noodles in air fryer

- Heat oil in a large pan, add garlic cloves and onion, cook for few minutes.Add carrot slices and cook for few minutes , add rest of the veggies.Cook for 4-5 minutes

For fried noodles
- 2 packet noodles I prefer ramen noodles
- 2 teaspoon olive oil or any other oil. Use half quantity of oil to toss noodles, rest to spray while its cooking in the airfryer.
- ½ tablespoon cornflour
for vegan choupsuey gravy
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup onion sliced
- ½ cup cabbage sliced
- ½ cup carrot sliced
- ¼ cup capsicum sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce use less if using dark soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon Chilli sauce or as per taste
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- Salt and black pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon corn flour/tapioca starch
- 1.5 cup water
