Sindhi Bhori is my best breakfast hands down. It is also the first breakfast of many toddlers.Sindhi recipes have a lot of umami in them. Most Sindhi families give this maldia/ churi as breakfast to the growing babies or kids.I love it and so do many kids who are now mum & dad. Warm ghee laden roti or flatbread chopped into small pieces and mixed with sugar. It has everything which can give you energy. Ghee gives you protein and fats, roti the carbohydrates and sugar just your sugar rush to kick-start the day. It is also easy to chew for elders. Best served with papad roasted on the stove and hot cup of tea. Also, a great breakfast for pregnant women and new mums.
They need more energy with their growing needs. Other easy sindhi recipes that you can make include Onion koki , sindhi kadhi, bhuga chawar, , sindhi chauthe, sindhi besani ,sindhi tairi ,sindhi mitho lolo , Sindhi onion pickle ,sindhi varo Singhi Aloo - drumstick potato curry, Karachi Halwa - Bombay Halva and do not forget Khorak.

FAQ
The difference between kutti and bhori is ghee is added even during making the roti in kutti. The secret to making a good bowl is adding enough ghee & a pinch of salt.Salt does make you understand sweets better. Many bakers will say this too 🙂 Ironical but true.
